Baroda Management Association (BMA), for the first time in Vadodara, organized Round Table Conference on Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, & Cyber Security. Mr. Maulik Bhansali (CEO, NetWeb) was invited as the distinguished guest with other dignitaries & keynote speakers. It was an honor for NetWeb to be part of an initiative which is creating awareness among businesses on cybersecurity threats, how it cannot be ignored and what should be done to protect data and information from such threats.
International Women’s Day is a global celebration of womanhood and their achievements on all front. #PressforProgress theme this year, calls for action from across the world to gradually reduce the gender parity. This theme also focuses on the fact that women are now more empowered and progressive in social, economical, political and various other fields despite a large gender parity. Let us support and take a call-to-action in motivating and uniting friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive.

Team NetWeb participated in various sporting events including Volleyball, Box Cricket, Carrom and Chess tournaments at the GESIA IT Association Sports League 2018, Ahmedabad. Our Volleyball team was awarded as runners-ups in the finale which was held on 25th Feb 2018. Hearty Congratulations to Ashfaq Hakim to be awarded as “Man of the Match†in Box Cricket.

The 69th Republic Day of India was celebrated with lots of enthusiasm and passion at NetWeb. The celebration started with the National Anthem, followed by some patriotic songs dedicated to our country by the employees. New members of NetWeb family gave their brief introduction. Awards to employees for specific contributions were given, followed by updates on new developments happening at NetWeb were announced.
GESIA ORG, Vadodara organized a Panel Discussion on Best HR Practices for Exponential Growth last week. The panel discussion was organized for HR Professionals, Senior Managers & Business Leaders. The panelists shared their insights and experiences on some of the best practices to help achieve organizational goals and objectives. Mr. Ankit Shah, VP, Business Development, NetWeb, was one of the panelists along with other dignitaries.
We thank Mr.& Ms. Churchman our prestigious clients from the USA for their visit to NetWeb’s India office. We share a long-standing relationship with them. Through various interactions with the team at NetWeb, Mr. Churchman provided the good understanding on the roadmap for 2018 and gave an overwhelming recognition to the efforts and hard work of the team. The client hosted a fun-filled Kite Flying Festival lunch for the team that was enjoyed by everyone with kites, music, dancing & lots of delicious food. NetWeb celebrated Annual Day Function a joyful & fun-filled evening for its employees with their family members. The celebration included splendid dance performances, some melodious songs, a cute “Santa Cause†surprise for the tiny tots and lots of dancing by all the employees on a very power packed music by the DJ!
As part of the ongoing, continual training & learning programs, a workshop on “Leveraging Interpersonal Relationship†was organized recently. Designed especially for all the team leaders by a leading, professional trainer, the workshop enabled the leaders to further strengthen their leadership and interpersonal skills. Using contemporary tools, practices and corporate skits, the workshop was very engaging and effective.
The NetWeb Carom Tournament concluded this week after some great performing matches between 49 teams i.e. 98 participants. Employees showed great enthusiasm with an overwhelming participation. The tournament was filled with a lot of fun, excitement & competitiveness. Congratulations to the winning team & special thanks to NetWeb’s Sports Team for organizing the mega tournament!
