NASSCOM SME Council, an initiative of NASSCOM has been formed to focus and drive the SME specific agenda and issues to help them overcome challenges, increase2 revenue and global footprint.
Navrachana University, Vadodara invited Mr. Jigar P.Thakkar (Project Manager, NetWeb) Java expert, to conduct an Orientation Session on Java for Navrachana University BCA-M.Sc.IT students. Jigar gave a practical approach to a session by covering subjects’ likes OOPS concepts & their applications, #Java adoption & demand trends, #Java-based frameworks, spring framework & its strength, etc. It was an interactive session with a batch of 40 students.
NetWeb Volleyball Tournament organized recently for the employees was a blockbuster with great participation and enthusiasm by the employees. The tournament concluded after some great performing matches between 4 teams. The team led by Hemang Choksi won the final match. Despite the hot sunny mornings, the tournament was filled with excitement, fun and enjoyed by team NetWeb along with friends and family as the audience to the matches. Mr. Maulik Bhansali (CEO, Netweb) was invited to an interactive session organized by Confederation of Indian Industry(CII) jointly with Hessen, Germany Trade & Invest†& GESIA ORG on “FrankfurtRheinMain- Your Preferred Business Destination in Germanyâ€, on 7th April 2017, at Vadodara, Gujarat. HTAI is the investment promotion agency of the German State of Hessen. The agenda of the seminar was to provide information about the main industry sectors and key players, business opportunities for Indian companies and the important aspects of setting-up business in FrankfurtRheinMain.
Mr. Bhansali with other dignitaries spoke on benefits of establishing & building businesses with FrankfurtRheinMain; a semi-government organization. He also gave the perspective of IT Industry of Gujarat to the Trade and Investment Officials from Germany and mentioned how Gujarat-based IT industries, SMEs especially, can collaborate with German IT Industries for the market opportunities like IOT in India and Europe. Around 30 companies participated in the seminar.
The 3rd edition of the Technical Festival “inNUVate 2017†of Navrachna University Vadodara (NUV) kicked off on 8th April 2017 by Ms. Tejal Amin (Chairperson, Navrachna University), Mr. Maulik Bhansali (CEO NetWeb Software), the Chief Guest and Mr. Virang Mankad (VP Government & Public Business, Cisco Inc), Guest of Honor for the event.
Maulik shared his insights and inputs to the students on the festival’s theme “Digital Indiaâ€, a platform for students to showcase their talent on a larger scale and contribute to the society.

Mr. Paresh Rajput (VP Solutions & Services, NetWeb) with other esteemed dignitaries interacted with the young minds present at FootPrintsXI Opening Ceremony held on 24th Feb 2017. The panel spoke on how Technology & Engineering have shaped the face of our economy, and how overwhelming it is to see the way youth is taking it ahead. We had a great time unveiling FootPrintsXI, for the students to begin with the largest TechFest of Gujarat.

In the software industry, we see a lot of complexity and disruption in software development practices with delivery performance and quality management. To ease the understanding of the practice, workshop on perfection Project Manager Practices was organized. The workshop focused on the present and the future need of raising the bar to a professional approach towards software engineering. The workshop included role plays and case studies to have a better understanding on the scenarios and how we can adopt to best project management practices.

It bridges the gaps that are created through any sort of miscommunication. As an organization, we inculcate this quality in our employees for their self development and growth.
Innovation is on top agenda these days creating utmost importance necessity & importance in all the industry and sector but the real question is how would we “drive innovation at workplaceâ€. Hence, BMA organized Round Table Conference on “Enabling Innvoationâ€.
NetWeb actively participated in this RTC using creative tool kit while generating various new ideas collectively with other organizations.
