Inspiring the Future: Helping to bridge the digital divide

Equal education rights for every child, with digital education, is a vital component of their holistic learning journey. There is a very strong need to help children having limited access to such digital education. Schools, especially in rural areas, not having adequate wherewithal for having digital infrastructure seek support to provide such facilities to their students.

As part of our initiatives to be of help and contribute our bit towards making the society better, we gifted computers to a rural primary school in a nearby village. Our day spent with the students was truly gratifying as their smiles and excitement said it all. Their smiles added joy and meaning to our 25th anniversary celebrations.

We will continue to make a difference, one small act at a time, shaping a brighter and better future for all and promoting inclusivity.

The week-long celebration at the office with themed days, games, creative dressing, impromptu dances, and decorations built the perfect energy for the day-long Grand Finale on Saturday 06/03.

29th May “Twen Tea Five Year” – In a heartwarming gesture of appreciation, all NetWebians came together to express their gratitude to the administrative support team by serving them tea and presenting them with a heartfelt surprise. Each gift was accompanied by a personal handwritten message, acknowledging the team’s invaluable contributions and the positive impact they have on the workplace.

30th May “Shake a Leg” – NetWebians embraced the spirit of celebration as they marked the special day with a Bollywood Retro theme dress code. Throughout the day, the office resonated with music, laughter, and infectious energy as employees joyfully danced to the tunes of classic Bollywood hits. The enthusiasm was contagious, spreading smiles and creating a memorable day filled with camaraderie and a shared love for Bollywood’s timeless charm.

31st May “Light up Your Space” – NetWebians came together to celebrate a day dedicated to celebrating innovation and excellence, with a mix-match dress code that reflected their individuality and creativity. The office ambiance was elevated to new heights as the entire workspace was centered around the theme of “Celebrating Innovation & Excellence – Inspiring the Future.”1st June “Playful Pursuit” – NetWebians immersed themselves in a day of lighthearted fun and camaraderie with a Group Day theme. One of the highlights of the day was the popular game “Beg Borrow Steal,” where participants enthusiastically competed in a friendly and thrilling quest to acquire items through creative means. Laughter and friendly banter filled the air as teams strategized, negotiated, and showcased their resourcefulness in this exciting challenge. The game brought out the playful and competitive spirit of the employees, creating an atmosphere of shared joy and excitement.

2nd June “Honey Money” – NetWebians embraced a day of unity and visual vibrancy by donning attire inspired by the NetWeb logo’s colors, infusing the office with a lively and cohesive atmosphere. The day was further elevated with a thrilling game of Housie, adding an element of excitement and friendly competition to the festivities. Laughter and anticipation filled the air as colleagues eagerly marked off numbers and eagerly awaited their chance to shout “Housie!”

3rd June “The Grand Finale Morning” – NetWebians brought together all our team members with some renowned professional speakers and coaches conducting inspirational sessions on fostering happiness and an attitude for gratitude and preparing a mindset to win as we continue our journey. Heart-warming messages from our dear clients made everyone’s day.

3rd June “The Evening Party” – NetWebians along with our families, had power-packed performances by adorable budding stars, children of our team members, some thrilling performances by our team members, and some crazy and epic dancing by everyone on the dance floor.

The fun, the energy, the memories, and these moments will remain in everyone’s hearts forever.

Vibrant Holi Fest Celebrations

Holi, the festival of colors, was celebrated with full zest at NetWeb. Happiness, love and color were in the air and in spirit as everyone had a shade of Yellow, Green, Red, Purple, Orange and several other colors on their faces.The celebration was again one another event of joy and festivities and unifier for the team to celebrate together in person.

What’s a holi celebration without some delicious festive food and everyone enjoyed some tasty snacks after the celebrations.

The joy of playing with colors with dear team members can be seen on everyone’s faces even through the uniformly colored faces of everyone.

A Happy Holi to everyone and wishing that the festival brings colors of love, health, wealth and happiness to everyone.

Wellness Week – Celebrating Health & Wellbeing

Being healthy is state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirt. While physical exercise remains very important in remaining healthy, it is a holistic approach of being physically and mentally fit and how to align your lifestyle and habits towards improving wellness and wellbeing.

To encourage each other towards better health and wellness, we got together to celebrate Wellness Week. Like all other initiatives, the team got together to conceptualize, plan and execute the this with an objective of covering important aspects like nutrition, wellness, exercises and mental well-being.

Each day during the Wellness week had a specific theme, from Yoga, Meditation, Healthy Recipes, Homemade Remedies to some grooving Aerobics.

The Wellness Week ended with an energetic Aerobic session by Dr. Bhoomi Palan Thacker who visited our office to give insights about importance of ergonomics and got the team groove to some high-energy session of Aerobics. The Aerobic session was attended in both online and offline mode by our team and family members.

Attempt to facilitate digital education

All children should have the right and access to education and digital education is now an equally important element of the overall education of children.

With an objective to help some children who have limited or no access to such digital education, we recently provided computers to a rural school. Our team, along with the Young Indians (YI), associated with CII, visited the school on Saturday 21st January 2023 for this purpose.

A small spark can ignite a big fire and every small contribution to help our society makes a difference. It was a Saturday well-spent with the children of the school and the smiles said it all.

NetWeb Premier League 22-23: Play ->Fun ->Win

The NetWeb Premier League (NPL) 2022-23 ended on a high note with an exhilarating final match on 7th Jan 2023.

This season of the NPL showed tremendous enthusiasm with record participation by all team members. Four teams (Challengers, Warriors, Titans & Wanderers) locked horns to play some amazing matches with nail-biting moments and superb displays of performances by the participants.

The team NetWeb Warriors won the tournament in the finals against their match with Challengers.

The tournament helped in discovering the rockstars of Cricket at NetWeb who excelled in either Batting, Bowling, Fielding and were recognised as the best within these categories. The most consistent and best player was awarded the Player of the tournament.

The matches were made more entertaining by some superb commentary filled with humour and jokes that made everyone split into laughter even while intense matches were being played.

Spanning over two weekends and several practice matches, this edition of Tournament was amongst the best of the NPL seasons at NetWeb. The fun and the passion to play attracted several of our team members to travel from distant cities to participate in the tournament. Family members joined the fun to watch the matches and cheer the participants.

The team work, sportsmanship, energy and enthusiasm was amazing The NPL tournament was a great example of how the NetWeb family always get together for very well-organized, highly entertaining events that are enjoyed by everyone including participants and audiences. Kudos to all the participants, the organization team and everyone who helped in making this sports event a super success.

Enabling the specially-enabled

Enabling the specially-abled. As part of our initiative to support the specially-abled, we recently provided wheelchair to a rural hospital to help the underprivileged. It is gratifying and humbling to be part of the smallest difference you can make, because every bit counts. Our team continues make such differences and contribute to the society to support various causes.

Carrom Tournament 2022

An exciting final match brought an apt close to the 2022 Carrom Tournament at NetWeb. With over 50 participants and more than 24 matches, the tournament was highly exciting, entertaining and engaging.

Congratulations to Mihir Oza and Asif Garasia for winning the tournament and to Happy Joshipura and Manan Shah as the runner’s up. Well played, keep it up.

Cheers to all the participants, volunteers and everyone who were present to watch the matches and encourage the players.

Star Mentor Program – December 2022

As part of appreciating and encouraging our team members who not only excel at their individual contribution, but also provide excellent mentorship and support to their team members, NetWeb had recently organized a Star Mentor program for felicitating several of its Star Mentors.

An all-day event was held on Saturday, 3rd December, 2022 to appreciate and recognize several of our STAR Mentors for genuine leadership, support and encouragement to entire team and individual contribution as well. Our client also stood by us in recognizing team efforts and congratulated them.
