Global Goals Run by AIESEC supported by NetWeb – 2022

Team NetWeb Software participated in the Global Goals Run organized by AIESEC Baroda and partnered and supported by NetWeb on Sunday.

Our team enjoyed their Sunday morning along with family and friends at the run event that was organized to create awareness about 17 sustainable development goals and for good health and well-being.

The energetic Zumba session after an exciting run added to the fun quotient.

A big thanks to all the team members and their families and friends to participate in the event and to commit towards contributing to the event cause and for personal health.

Diwali Celebration 2022

Diwali celebration was in full swing when our people graced their presence in traditional attire, clicked kodak moments with their team-mates at beautiful photo booth, decorated each floor with Diwali artifacts and had most amazing mouth-watering Vadodara delicacies along with Diwali snacks which was talk of the day.

Fun & enjoyment continued in positive spirit with Rangoli Making and Diya Decoration competition to bring out hidden talent of our people & their family along with surprise Treasure hunt game where discovery & awareness about Aspire was added to our knowledge bank.

May this Diwali & New Year bring glow of happiness on our face and enlighten our soul and help us remain soaked in spirit of heartfelt gratitude.

Navratri Garba Night 2022

NetWeb organized a festive evening along with its team and families to celebrate Navratri. Navratri, a festival of dance, was celebrated by organizing the traditional Garba dance at our office rooftop.

Our team members and their families were dressed in their traditional best with colorful traditional attires accentuating the festive mood. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the non-stop Garba dance on the beats of some high energy traditional Garba music.

Team members who could not physically attend the event participated online with live streaming of the event. Although they could not attend, their festive spirit was not dampened as they sent their pictures dressed up in traditional wear from their home to be part of the celebrations.

Kids too were not shy in dancing and joined their parents to learn to sway to the tune.

A joyous and absolutely enjoyable evening with lots of dancing, fun, laughter, selfie booths and great dinner. The smiles and the fun in the pictures says it all !

Blood Donation Drive 2022

The cause was noble and the response was overwhelming. The Blood Donation Drive on 21st Sep was very warmly supported by many generous donors. NetWeb team members, their friends, relatives and several of our ex-employees came to support the cause and donated blood. There couldn’t be any better way to show our love and respect to our late founder Mr. Nitin Shukla on his birth anniversary.

The drive will not only help in saving several lives, but also supported some very special children of the Disha Foundation.

We sincerely thank all the donors and Ayush Blood Bank for their support in making this happen. A very special thanks to all our team members who volunteered to organize and execute this drive with utmost passion and sincerity reflecting the spirit of our organization. Thank you !

Independence Day Celebration 2022

NetWeb celebrated the 75th year of India’s Independence with great zeal and fervour. The day was celebrated in a semi-virtual manner, with some of our members working from home, while some at our office. The celebration started with the customary National Anthem, followed by songs, poems by the talented singers of NetWeb and lots of interesting information shared by team members for this event. The dressing that day was inspired by the tri-color of the Indian flag and made the event more colorful. The office was decorated that day and the national flag flew high at our office as we proudly celebrated the Independence Day.

Collaboration of NetWeb Software with Navrachna University and ITM University

NetWeb partnerships with universities to bring new talent into our business and creating carrier opportunities for graduate students.

We are delighted to announce that new collaboration is formed between NetWeb Software and Navrachna and ITM University. We have signed the MOU with Navrachna and ITM University.

New avenues will be made available to students who are having inclination towards technologies ranges from Microservices, Cloud, DevOps, AI, ML, Java, .Net, Mobil and many more. Interactions between our employees, faculties, and students will be encouraged by Navrachna and ITM University and NetWeb Software through paid internships, Hackathons, workshops, knowledge-sharing seminars, technical events, and placement opportunities.

NetWeb wants to bring more interns/grads into our business and develop more talent to support our wonderful customers.

Star Mentor Program

As part of appreciating and encouraging our team members who not only excel at their individual contribution, but also provide excellent mentorship and support to their team members, NetWeb had recently organized a Star Mentorship program for felicitating several of its Star Mentors.

It was an all-day event with mentorship workshop and training provided by a seasoned professional coach who was invited to this event. All the Star Mentors bonded over fun-filled activities to further enhance their leadership and mentoring skills.

NetWeb appreciates all the Star Mentors and presented trophies, certificates, cash awards and training vouchers as a token of expressing its appreciation and encouraging our Star Mentors.

Our clients too participated online in the event on an early Saturday morning in the USA, encouraged and thanked the team for doing a wonderful job on the solution that is impacting millions of consumers.

The entire NetWeb team thanks our client for their continued confidence in team NetWeb and feels proud to be an extension of our client.

Congratulations to the STAR MENTORS, keep up the good work! This is a great example of how the team works together and how every individual grows by giving to others.

This was just one amongst other Star Mentorship programs and events planned and it will continue to encourage and appreciate the mentors across the team and clients.

International Yoga Day 2022

Health is the real wealth. A sound mind and a fit body helps in unlocking the unlimited potential that we have. Yoga is proven in helping us achieve that. NetWeb celebrated the International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2022 by inviting renowned and certified Yoga instructor, Ms. Toral Patel to demonstrate and teach us and our family members some basic Yoga techniques that can be practiced easily, even from the comfort of our chairs if needed. This way anyone can do their bit in helping to keep fit even if someone is not able to exercise regularly. The session was much appreciated by everyone and our team actively participated along with the instructor to practice what was being demonstrated.

This was just one of the initiative that NetWeb undertook to encourage its team to remain healthy and fit. Cheers to all who actively participated in this session.

NetWeb is pleased to share that we held a Covid-19 Vaccination Program at our office on Saturday, 19th June, 2021 for the safety and wellbeing of our dear team and their families.

The vaccination program was arranged with the help of Global Sunshine Hospital, Vadodara.

A big thanks to all the volunteers of team NetWeb who organized this so well.

Women’s Day Celebrations 2021

Covid-19 pandemic has presented a lot of challenges to everyone. On this Women’s Day, all the women employees got together over a virtual meeting to celebrate this special day and talk about the challenges faced & conquered.
